SSC Stenographer recruits candidates for the post of stenographers in various Government organizations. The exam is taken by a lot candidates every year. candidates can register themselves for SSC Stenographer starting from June 17, 2017. Last date to apply for the exam is July 15, 2017.

SSC Stenographer will be conducted in online mode. The Paper will be divided in three sections viz.  General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness and English Language & Comprehension.

The section is aimed at testing candidates’ Intelligence and Reasoning Ability through various questions. The question range from Verbal, Non Verbal and Analytical Reasoning. The level of difficulty of the section is moderate with very few or no surprises.

SSC Stenographer General Awareness Syllabus

This section deals with candidates’ awareness ranging from History & Geography to Current Affairs & Economics. The section has a vast syllabus and candidates are expected to score well as the questions asked are general and basic in Nature. With a total of 50 questions in the section holding 50 marks, it could be scoring to a lot of candidates.

SSC Stenographer English language and Comprehension Syllabus

The Section tests candidates’ english aptitude. With a total of 100 questions from Vocabulary, Grammar, Sentence Structure and Antonyms, candidates must make sure that they get maximum scores in the section as it holds 50% weightage of the total paper. Let’s look at the syllabus of English Language and cmprehension.
