DMRC 2017 for CRA (Customer Relations Assistant) was conducted from February 21 to 28, 2017. According to experts, the overall difficulty level of the paper was moderate.
The exam was conducted in two papers namely, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates had to attempt 120 objective type questions in the time limit of 90 minutes in paper 1. Paper 2 comprised 60 MCQs from General English to judge the candidate’s knowledge of English Language. Applicants had to attempt all the questions in the duration of 45 minutes.
DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd) is a national level computer based test. DMRC recruits eligible candidates for different executive and non-executive posts. It offers 3428 vacancies for the posts of Assistant Manager, Station Controller/Train Operator, Junior Engineer, Maintainer, Customer Relations Assistant and Account Assistant.

DMRC selection is based on three steps i.e. written test, group discussion, and personal interview. Once result is out, the candidates who will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be called for Group Discussion round.
