DMRC published result for vacancies of Assistant Managers in three departments viz. HR, Operations and Finance. The written tests for vacancies of Assistant Manager in the said departments were conducted in February 2017 by DMRC. Based upon the performance of students in the test, DMRC released result in form of merit lists at their official website

The shortlisted candidates for DMRC AM Vacancies are now required to verify their documents and participate in GD and Interview Round in person. Along with shortlisted students, the corporation has also released the schedule for GD, Document verification and Interview.

  • Total of 43 students are shortlisted for Assistant Managers vacancies.
  • GD/PI/Document verification is scheduled from June 21 to 23.
  • Interview along with GD and verification will be carried out at Metro Bhawan, New Delhi.

As per the report released by DMRC, 15 students are shortlisted for Operations and HR and Finance departments have shortlisted 9 & 19 candidates respectively. To minimize unease, DMRC has put Interview, GD and document verification in a single day window for candidates. However, the whole process will be carried out on different dates for each department with June 21 scheduled for Operations, June 22 set for Finance and June 23 for HR.

How to Check DMRC Result

As mentioned earlier, the Result for DMRC AM- Assistant Manager will be released at and candidates appeared in the exam in February can check their result by following the steps mentioned below.

  • Go to the official website
  • Click on career tab from the menu bar
  • Find the relevant pdf under Advertisement No. DMRC/OM/HR/1/2016
  • Download and save the merit list for future reference

Since the DMRC AM Result is published in form of Merit Lists, only candidates who are shortlisted will be included in the merit list. No intimation will be provided to candidates unsuccessful in the writtern test. The Merit List published includes DMRC Roll Number of shortlisted students. The Merit List is not sorted as per the performance of students in the exam.

DMRC GD, Document Verification and Interview

As mentioned earlier, students shortlisted for Assistant Managers in HR, Finance and Operations will have to appear for documents verification followed by Group Discussion and Interview. Based upon their performance in GD and Interview, final recruitment will be made.

The students shortlisted for Assistant Managers will have to appear in front of the selection committee in person on dates as listed below. The students should reach at the venue on or before the specifies time.

Documents Required at the DMRC Verification Center

Students appearing for documents verification center must reach the venue with following documents. Each document mentioned is necessary. Students failing to produce any of them will result in rejection of their candidature.

  1. Proof of Date of Birth (High School/Matriculation) 
  2. Proof of having passed Requisite Qualification by the time of GD/Interview.
  3. SC/ST/OBC certificates, if belonging to reserved community and requiring concession/relaxation. 

Note: In case of OBC certificate, their caste should be in Central List. Certificates should be current with sub-caste and non-creamy layer clause and not more than one year old. 

  1. Three Recent Passport Size Colored Photographs which should be exactly same as used in DMRC Application Form.

Instructions for GD/Interview

  1. Shortlisted students as mentioned in the notification should report for the same at the nominated venue as per schedule mentioned in the result notification.
  2. Students must meet the DMRC Assistant Manages Eligibility as mentioned in advertisement
  3. Candidates must bring all the certificates in original format, with one set of attested/self-attested copies, failing which they will not be allowed repeat. 
  4. In case the candidates are already serving in Government organization and/or their application was not forwarded through their office/department, they should bring a ‘No OBJECTION CERTIFICATE’ attested by their superior.
  5. Candidates coming under SC/ST/OBC category must produce caste certificate at the time of GD/Interview

Note: OBC candidates must submit the latest OBC Certificate with sub-caste and non-creamy layer clause in Attached Format at the time of GD/Interview

  1. The call for GD/Interview is provisional and should not be treated as offer of appointment. 
  2. Outstation candidates travelling more than 50 km and found eligible to attend GD/Interview will be reimbursed to and for sleeper class Rail/Bus fare once by the shortest route from the place indicated by them in the application form, to the place of GD/Personal interview, on submission of Rail/Bus Ticket.
