The Part A of DMRC Recruitment 2017 Question Paper for SC/TO was divided into two sections Aptitude and Technical Aptitude.
Questions 1-45 were from the Aptitude section. The Aptitude Section covered various subjects such as General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical and Verbal reasoning, Problem Solving & Decision making etc.
The questions from 42 to 120 belonged to the Technical Aptitude section. The questions were mainly from the chapters of AC & DC Current, Resistance & Capacitance, Transistors, Wave Theory, GATES, Conductors & Insulators, Circuits, p-n-p and n-p-n transistors etc.
The Part B of DMRC Recruitment 2017 Question paper for SC/TO is based on General English. The candidates have to attempt 60 questions in 45 minutes implying that they have to solve each question within 1 minute 33 seconds approximately.

Question 21-25 Sentence Rearrangement or paragraph formation (Para Jumble): 5 sentences are given and the candidates have to rearrange them so as to make a meaningful paragraph and answer Questions 21-25 which are based on the position of the sentences in relation to one another.
Question 26-28: Sentence rearrangement.
Question 29, 30, 46, 47: Antonyms.
Question 31-33: Fill in the Blanks (Miscellaneous)
Question 34-37: Correct the Grammatical errors by selection the right answer.

Question 50: Singular-Plural
Question 51-56: Speech and Voice. The candidates will be given one sentence and they have to choose the grammatically correct form of speech or voice from the given options.
