DMRC (Delhi Metro Rail Corporation) is one of the largest recruitment bodies of India. It conducts a national level offline test every year to recruit candidates for various posts.

DMRC released a notification for the post of Station Controller and Train Operator. The selection of the same comprises four stages i.e. Written test, Psychology test, Personal Interview and Medical examination.

Shortlisted candidates on the basis of their performance in written test will be called for Psychology Test. It consists of five tests mentioned below. Qualified candidates in Psycho Test will be called for personal interview round.

What is DMRC Memory Test?

Memory test is the part of Psychology test. It conducts to test candidate’s ability to remember thinks. The Test aims at analyzing the memorizing capability of the candidates. The test is held in offline mode (Pen and paper based test).

This is a simple test of candidate memory by figure and number. In this test candidate have to remember number associated with figure which is given on questions page. After that candidate have to go on answer page and give the right answer from given figure and number.

  • Memory test is one of the tests of Psychology Test. According to other tests, the difficulty level of this test is quite easy.
  • On the basis of three or four days practice any candidate can easily qualify this test.
  • The test comprises two sets of question paper.
  • Candidates have to attempt total 42 questions in memory test.
  • The total duration of the test is 10 minutes. Five minutes for each set.
  • This test is held to evaluate candidate’s memory skills.

How to Prepare for DMRC Memory Test?

Practice is the only way to prepare for this test. Firstly candidate should set 5 minutes for each set timer in stop watch, after one day practicing with 5 minutes reduce 1 minutes in next day then stop at 4 minutes.

It is a best timing to each test set because if a candidate able to complete this test within 4 minutes in practice mode then he surely complete this test within in 5 minutes in main exam otherwise candidate will be not able to complete this test within time.

  • Maintain proper time management. 
  • Before starting preparation of test make a proper schedule to maintain time.
  • Solve previous year papers to be familiar with the pattern of questions.

General Guidelines for DMRC Memory Test

Below we are providing you some important guidelines. Those who are applying for Psychology Test (memory test) are advised to read all the guidelines carefully.

  • Applicants have to attempt total 42 questions in the duration of 10 minutes.
  • The question paper comprises two seats. Each set consists of 21 questions.
  • All the electronic devise like mobile, calculator, electronics watch etc. are prohibited in the exam center.
  • Candidates must bring their DMRC Admit card at the exam center. Else they cannot enter the examination room.
