DMRC announces exam dates for the post of CRA (Customer Relations Assistant). There are maximum applications from this post, thus the exam is scheduled in different shifts on different dates. 182,518 candidates have applied for the post of CRA this year. DMRC Recruitment 2017 exam for the post of CRA is conducted in offline mode with objective type questions. Candidates have to solve 180 questions in 150 minutes. The exam is conducted in two sessions i.e. Paper I (General Awareness) and Paper II (General English).
DMRC Exam is scheduled in different shifts on different dates. The duration of the exam in each shift is 3 hours 15 minutes. The timings of each shift is tabulated below:

Paper I has three sections namely general awareness, knowledge of discipline and trade. The questions asked are based on general awareness which includes computer awareness, logical ability and reasoning and numerical ability. Candidates have to solve 120 questions in 90 minutes.
Paper II has questions based on comprehension, English grammar and errors. Candidates have to solve 60 objective type questions in 60 minutes.
The marking scheme for both the papers is same i.e. +1 mark for every correct answer and -1/3 mark for every incorrect answer.
Candidates are shortlisted for further processes of the selection criteria. If the candidates clear the DMRC recruitment 2017 exam with the minimum required marks then they have to appear for a psychological test.
The next step of the selection process for DMRC Recruitment is Personal Interview. The candidates have to one-on-one question session with a panel of 4 or more interviewees. Candidates have to answer questions based on Educational qualifications, curricular activities, work experience, outlook on contemporary issues etc.
