Over 39,000 aspirants appeared for the Uttarakhand TET 2021 exam on March 24, 2021. 

Uttarakhand TET 2021 was conducted by Uttarakhand Board of Secondary Education (UBSE). The UBSE will soon release answer keys for the same in their official website. Candidates are advised to visit the site regularly to keep check on updates.

Uttarakhand TET 2021: Details of the exam conducted on March 24, 2021

  • The Uttarakhand TET 2021 exam was conducted in two shifts across 117 exam centres in the 29 districts of the state.
  • UTET paper I was conducted in the first shift in which 39,309 candidates out of 42,817 applicants appeared for the exam.
  • UTET paper II was conducted in the second shift and 39,162 candidates appeared in this shift. The total applicants were 42,570 for this paper.

Uttarakhand TET 2021: Details of Uttarakhand TET Exam

Uttarakhand TET is conducted to recruit the eligible teachers in government schools for the students of classes 1 to 8. It consists of two papers, i.e. Paper I and II. The applicants apply for Paper I will be eligible to become teachers for classes 1 to 5 and those who apply for Paper II can become teachers for classes 6 to 8. Applicants can also apply for both the papers according to their eligibility.

Uttarakhand TET 2021: Recruitment Process

Uttarakhand TET consists of only one stage of examination to select the teachers. The applicants who got qualified in this exam will then become eligible to be recruited as teachers for classes 1 to 8.
