CTET 2021: Check Exam Pattern & Other Details

January 20, 2021: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially planned to conduct the CTET 2021 Exam on January 31, 2021 through the offline mode. CTET admit card 2021 has already been released on the official CTET website. Therefore, the candidates who will take up the CTET 2021 exam can visit the official CTET website and download their exam admit cards available online. CTET 2021 exam will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes separately for each paper, i.e Paper-I and Paper-II. 

Thus, it is important for the candidates to know the CTET 2021 exam pattern in a detailed manner and they need to have a clear understanding of the CTET 2021 question papers. CBSE officials have released a notification regarding the Covid-19 protocols and guidelines that must be strictly followed at the exam centers, in which wearing masks and gloves till the end of the CTET 2021 exam is mandatory.

CTET 2021 Exam: Paper-I & Paper-II 

The CBSE authorities conduct the CTET exams to determine the eligibility of a candidate who is willing to work as a teacher in government schools at National level including Kendtiya Vidyalaya and Navodaya. There are 2 papers which must be attempted by the candidates. Paper-I is for primary level from class 1 to 5, while Paper-II is for elementary level from class 6 to 8. A total of 5 sections will consist of 30 questions from each section in both the papers.

In the Paper-II, candidates are required to solve either from maths or science or social studies/social science.

About CTET 2021 Exam 

Every year, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts CTET examinations and last year due to the outbreak of covid-19 pandemic, the CTET 2020-21 exam was postponed and is now scheduled to be conducted on January 31, 2021.
