CTET 2016: CBSE declares the CTET September Results

CTET 2016 September Result has been declared on November 07, 2016 on the official website. CTET was successfully conducted on September 18, 2016 in India and abroad. All those candidates who have appeared in CTET can check their status. Mark sheet of the candidates will be dispatched shortly.

How to Check CTET Result?

The candidates need to visit the official website of CBSE or CTET to check their respective results. One can go through the following article to know more about the same.

Steps to check CTET Result 2016:

  • Log on to the official website of the CBSE CTET- ctet.nic.in
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see a “Result of CTET – SEP 2016” link displayed on a sea green ribbon
  • Click on the link and you will be taken to a new page. Here, enter your roll number as specified on your admit card for CTET.
  • Your result will be available when you click on “Submit”
  • Candidates can also check their results on the Official Website of CBSE- cbse.nic.in
  • Check and save your result to your computer for future reference.

The candidates are required to download and take a printout of CTET Result. It is important to keep the result of CTET safely till the end of the CTET process.

CTET Mark Certificate

Candidate must secure at least 60% marks in CTET to qualify to obtain the CTET Certificate. Evaluation of CTET papers is computer based. No request for revaluation is entertained under any circumstances. The certificate of marks carries information such as Roll Number, Name of the Candidate, Category, Mother’s Name, Father’s/ Husband’s Name and Subject Wise Marks.

Candidate must note that the school management can give concessions to person belonging to reserved categories such as SC / ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc. according to the reservation policy followed by their institution.

Marks certificate for CTET 2016 is valid for the next 7 years for all the categories. The CTET shall apply to schools of the Central Government and schools under the administrative control of UT’s of Chandigarh, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu and Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and NCT of Delhi.

In case, a candidate has lost his mark certificate then he can apply for re-issuance of marks certificate. Candidate must pay the prescribed fee by the way of demand draft in favor of Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education. The Demand Draft must be drawn in any nationalized bank and it must be payable at Delhi.
