Indian Army Officials have finally commenced the recruitment of the eligible candidates in Punjab for the Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020. The recruitment has been started in various districts across the state including Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar, Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, Kapurthala, and Tarn Taran. Interested candidates who reside in the above-said districts across Punjab can apply online by visiting the official Indian Army website till December 28, 2020. 

Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020 has been scheduled to be held between January 4 and 31, 2021, at the APS (Primary Wing) Ground on Major General Rajindar Singh, Sparrow Road, Jalandhar Cantonment. It has also been notified that the gates of the venue will be opened at 7 AM and will be closed by 10 AM.

Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020: Admit Card Process 

It has been notified by the Army Recruitment Rally 2020 authorities that only the medically fit candidates will be preferred and will be allotted the admit card with details printed such as the venue, date/time of the Written exam. Admit Card for the CEE for the medically fit candidates will be provided at the rally site itself.

Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020: covid-19 protocols to be followed 

All such candidates who are going to appear for the Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2020 from January 4 till 31, 2021, are required to produce a covid-19 self-declaration form which would prove that the candidates are asymptomatic with no risk, while they report at the rally location. The officials have issued covid-19 protocols that will be conducted at the rally location, which are as follows, 

  • Thermal screening will be done on all the candidates 
  • If any candidate shows any symptoms, then they'll have to report again on a designated date decided by the headquarters recruiting zone
  • Candidates will have to carry masks and gloves and wear them. 
  • Wearing masks and gloves are compulsory 
  • The used masks should be replaced with a new mask, reusing of the mask is not recommended 
  • Before appearing for the Document Verification round, candidates are required to wash their hands and sanitize it properly 
  • Social distancing must be followed all-day 
  • Touching of body parts on any surface unnecessarily is not recommended
