IBPS will release IBPS PO Mains Admit Card on the official website for the candidates who are eligible to appear in IBPS PO Mains Examination. The Mains Examination of IBPS PO is scheduled to be conducted on November 20, 2016. IBPS PO Mains Admit Card 2016 is issued to only those candidates who have qualified in IBPS PO Prelims.

The IBPS PO Admit Card for Mains examination is available on the official site from November 09, 2016. To download the admit card, the candidates are required to enter their registration no./ roll no. and password/ DOB. Candidates can download the admit card till November 20, 2016.

How to download IBPS PO Main Admit Card 2016?

The admit card is available on the IBPS official website for IBPS Mains examination in November 2016. An intimation message is sent to the candidates on their registered e-mail ID’s and mobile numbers by the IBPS. The following steps should be followed to download the IBPS PO Mains admit card:

1. Visit the official website of IBPS.

2. Click on the link for “Click here to download your call letter for IBPS PO Mains Examination”.

3. Enter the Registration Number and Password or Date of Birth details in the log-in page.

4. Ensure all the details are correct and enter “Submit”.

5. View and verify the details on the IBPS PO Admit card.

6. Download or take a printout of the IBPS PO 2016 admit card.

Documents Required to Carry with IBPS PO Admit Card 2016

All the aspirants are required to carry certain documents with their IBPS PO Admit Card on the day of examination. The documents required with the IBPS PO Admit Card are mentioned below.

  • Passport Sized Photograph
  • Photo Identity Card

Note: In case candidates fail to carry any of the requisite documents, they will not be allowed to take part in the examination. No Photostat or attested copies of the Verification documents would be accepted at the IBPS PO Exam Center.

Given below is a list of photo identity cards that are accepted for verification at the PO Exam Center-

  • Aadhar Card (e-Aadhar card is not valid)
  • Voter ID
  • Driving License
  • Identity Card issued by recognized college/ university
  • Employee ID

It should be noted that, Ration Card is not accepted as a photo identity card.

Instructions for Online Mode Test

  1. The candidate has to log in using User ID & Password which is provided on the IBPS PO Call Letter.
  2. Candidate’s profile (Name, Roll No. & photograph) is displayed and the candidate has to confirm by clicking on the ‘I confirm’ button.
  3. A candidate should read the instructions carefully and indicate that he has done so by ‘checking’ (click) the box at the bottom of the screen, after which the ‘I am ready to begin’ button is activated.
  4. The test time begins soon after the message is notified.
  5. In IBPS PO Main Examination there will be 200 Questions and each question is followed by 5 alternatives/options.
  6. In order to view a given question in the other language, a candidate can click on the ‘view in’ drop down box and select the desired language.
  7. Only one question is displayed at a time. The alternative which has been clicked on will be highlighted and shall be treated as the answer given by the candidate for the question.
  8. After selecting an answer for a question the candidate should click on the ‘SAVE & NEXT’ button to save his answer and proceed to the next question.
  9. It should be noted that, without clicking on ‘Save & Next’ button the answer selected for a question will not be saved.
  10. In case a candidate does not wish to attempt the question then he/ she should not click on any option for that question. A candidate can choose to deselect answer for a particular question by clicking on the ‘CLEAR RESPONSE’ button provided against each question.
  11. In case a candidate wants to skip a particular question and return to it later before submitting test or a candidate ‘clicks’ (selects) an answer for a particular question but wishes to review it later, he/she may note down the question number on the sheet provided.
