The first shift of IBPS PO 2020 exam has been conducted on October 3, 2020. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the IBPS PO exam every year to select “Probationary Officers” in several nationalized public sector banks in the country. According to experts, the first shift of the IBPS PO exam is considered “Moderate” in terms of difficulty. The following are a few important highlights of the exam:

  • The overall difficulty level of the paper was “moderate”.
  • The questions were not unconventional followed the usual easy to moderate pattern.
  • The question sequence was English-Quant-Reasoning.
  • There was a sectional time limit for every part as defined by the organization.
  • The quantitative analysis section of the paper was comparatively more calculative than in other years.
  • English was the easiest while the question pattern of reasoning section was scoring.
