The IBPS (Institute of Banking and Personnel Selection) has released IBPS CWE PO/MT Call Letter for Interview Round. The Call letter link is available on the official website of IBPS- ibps.in. Candidates can download the admit card/ call letter till February 14, 2017.

IBPS PO/ MT Exam Dates

The exam of IBPS PO Main was conducted on November 20, 2016. IBPS PO Results were announced on December 08, 2016. Following table talks about the final dates that is followed in IBPS PO Process:

How to download IBPS CWE PO/MT Interview Call Letter?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download their Call letter/ Admit Card for the final selection. After this a provisional allotment will be given into various Public Sector Banks under IBPS.

  • Log on to the official website of the IBPS- ibps.in
  • On the home page, will be a notification saying “Click here to download your Interview Round Call Letter for CWE PO/MT VI” in a floating link.

  • After clicking on the link, a new page will open where you are required to enter your IBPS PO Registration No. or Roll No., Date of Birth or Password as well as a captcha code as shown in the image box.

  • If you are unable to see the image in the box, refresh the page.
  • Your admit card will be available for download when you click on “Submit” after entering required details.
  • Download IBPS 2016 Admit Card to your computer and take a print out.

Note: All candidates have to carry their admit card at the time of their IBPS Interview for PO/MT. Carrying a valid ID proof along with the admit card is advisable.

List of Required Documents for IBPS PO Interview

IBPS PO Interview Round for provisional allotment is scheduled in the last week of February 2017. The Admit Card for IBPS PO 2016 is available for download till February 14, 2017. Candidates should make sure to carry the printout with few more necessary documents for their Interview. 

Documents that are required at the time of IBPS PO Interview are as follows:

  • Interview Call Letter Print out.
  • Valid IBPS PO CWE PO/MT- VI application form for registration
  • Birth certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/Class 10 Certificate with DOB
  • Photo ID Proof
  • Mark-sheets and certificates for graduation or equivalent qualification etc. Proper document from Board/University for having declared the result on or before August 13, 2016 has to be submitted
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST Category issued by the competent authority as stipulated by Government of India.
  • Candidates from OBC category but coming under creamy layer and/ or if their caste does not find place in the central list are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate their category as General in the online application form.
  • Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board.
  • An  Ex-serviceman  candidate  has  to  produce  a  copy of  the Service or Discharge  book  along with pension payment order and documentary proof of rank last/ presently held (substantive  as  well  as acting) at the time of interview
  • No objection certificate from the employer of candidates serving in Government offices/public sector undertakings (including Nationalised Banks and Financial Institutions).
  • Experience certificates, if any.

Q. If a candidate faces a lot of delay while accessing the IBPS PO Call Letter Page?

This problem might occur based on various factors like:

  • Speed of the Internet
  • Traffic on the page i.e. a lot of applicant trying to download their IBPS PO Call letter for Interview round.

Therefore, if a candidate still faces the problem then they should try to access it again after a gap of 5 minutes.

Q. If a candidate’s credential like DOB (Date of Birth) is rejected on the login screen?

It is important for a candidate to recheck what DOB they have entered at the time of registration. For this, one can refer to their IBPS PO Online Application information. Also, the DOB should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.

At time of IBPS PO Registration, a Registration No. and Password is generated and is displayed on the login screen of IBPS. The same information is also sent to the candidate registered email ID provided by them at the time of Form filling.
