Documents Required for IBPS PO Exam: IBPS PO 2019 Prelims exam is scheduled for October 12, 13, 19 and 20. All the candidates need to carry certain documents for the purpose of verification at IBPS PO Exam Centers. Along with the IBPS PO Admit card, documents would be verified by the officials and guards present at the center.
Passport size colored photographs could be also required if the printed photograph on IBPS PO Admit Card is not clear or blurred. Only after successful verification of IBPS PO Admit Card and other details, the candidate will be allowed to appear for the online test. The cross-verification is aimed at preventing any false impersonation of candidates or data leak.

Here is a list of a few mandatory documents as per IBPS, that every candidate must carry on the day of exam. The particulars on official records must match with details mentioned on admit card.
So here are those important things that you should carry:
Valid ID proofs:
Admit card is your main ticket to enter the examination hall. IBPS PO admit card helps in confirming the applicant's details and approves the candidate to sit for the Exam. It is compulsory for everyone to carry their admit card issued by IBPS to the allocated IBPS PO Exam Center.
Aadhaar is a 12-digit unique identification number issued by the Indian government to every individual resident of India. It is mandatory for the candidate to bring Aadhar as a document to support your details on the admit card and to verify one's identity.
Candidates can bring any other Id proof as listed above but do remember to bring one Xerox copy of that as well.
Make sure that the id proof you carry has the same details as you added in the IBPS PO Application form because a little change in that can cause a problem for you. Try to take the id proof which has the same details as on admit card.
Proof of Identity: Do not forget to take the original & copies of photo identity proof as the call letter along with an ID proof copy should be submitted to the exam invigilator.
Candidate’s recent passport size photo
Make sure the photograph you attach to the admit card and the one you bring along must be the same as the one you uploaded while applying for the exam. Otherwise, it will not be acceptable.
In case candidates fail to carry any of the requisite documents, they will not be allowed to take part in the examination. No Photostat or attested copies of the Verification documents would be accepted at the examination centers.
Scribe Declaration Form
All the eligible candidates availing the facility of scribe must submit a scribe declaration form issued by IBPS on the day of the exam. The cost of a scribe is exclusively borne by the candidates themselves. All such candidates are allotted 20 minutes extra on per hour basis irrespective of whether they avail a scribe or not.
