UPSC CDS (II) 2019: Final Results of the Exam Declared; Check the result pdf

UPSC has released the result for Combined Defence Services (II) 2019 on November 2 on its official website The result was declared after confirmation through an official notification on the website. UPSC announced the results of UPSC CDS (II) 2019 in pdf format. The notification stated that the result is final and is analyzed on the basis of the written test as well as the interview process. The interview process was carried by the Services Selection Board of the Ministry of Defence.

The UPSC CDS (II) exam was carried for admission of candidates to Officers Training Academy, Chennai {for 112th Short Service Commission Course (NT) (for Men)} and Officers Training Academy, Chennai {26th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical) Course}. The total number of vacancies for the courses is 240.  Out of the total 240 seats, 225 are for the 112th Short Service Commission Course (Men) while the remaining 15 seats are for 26th Short Service Commission Women (Non-Technical). The seats of selected candidates are not fixed as the results of the medical check are not taken into account. Moreover, document verification of Date of Birth and Educational Qualification of candidates is also not assessed. The Army Head Quarter will do the necessary verification process. The result shows the name of the selected candidates. The commission will disclose the marks within 15 days of the announcement of the result and will release the score on the official website in 30 days. UPSC has also informed the candidates who appeared for the exam that any doubt or query is welcomed. They have set a Facilitation Counter besides the Examination Hall Building in its campus to provide information to candidates regarding the result and admission. The counter will be active on working days between 10 am to 5 pm.
