The Combined Defence Service II exam or CDS II exam 2019 result has been announced on September 1, 2020 and can be downloaded from the official website. Every year the exam is conducted by UPSC and all the latest updates about the exam is available in the UPSC website. The result is available in a pdf format on the website and displays the name, roll number and rank of the candidates. According to the final result, 196 candidates have been selected for IMA or Indian Military Academy, 76 for INA and 14 for AFA. Read about CDS Selection Process
The result has been declared based on the candidate’s performance in the written exam and SSB interview. However, the result of the medical examination is not considered while preparing the final result. Also, there are some common candidates in the three lists. After the Officer’s Training Academy or OTA final results are declared, the candidate’s marks will also be available on the website. Download the official notice here.

The verification of the educational qualification and the date of birth of the candidates is still being undertaken at the Army Headquarters. The candidates have to forward their original documents to the academy, based on their first choice.
