Indian Air Force (IAF) has officially released the AFCAT (1) 2021 Notification on November 28, 2020 at its official website. It has been notified by the IAF officials that the online application form for the AFCAT will be released on December 1, 2020. Interested candidates can visit the official IAF website and apply online for the exam before December 30, 2020. Candidates from all the categories are required to pay INR 250 for the AFCAT application form.
IAF released the AFCAT (1)2021 Notification for the admission to the courses that are scheduled to commence from January 2022 for the grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Permanent Commission (PC) and Flying Branch and Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground duty (Technical & Non-Technical). However, selection for the above-said posts will be based on the AFCAT written exam and AFCAT interview.

It has been notified that a total of 235 vacancies are available. For which 10% of the seats out of CDSE vacancies are reserved for Permanent Commission (PC) and out of AFCAT vacancies 10% seats are reserved for SSC.
