Industrial Development Bank of India, popularly known as IDBI Bank has released the notification for the Executive posts for the year 2021. The application form was active till January 7, 2021. The official website to apply for the IDBI Executive Posts is www.idbi.com
Any candidate, all over India with a valid graduation degree from a recognized university or institute can apply for the IDBI Bank exam 2021. The selection will be through a country-wide entrance examination. The IDBI Bank Official Notification is open to fill up a total of 300 Vacancies on contractual basis. The examination date has not been released yet, but there is going to be an official update soon. Of what the notification states, the application is open for Executive posts on contractual basis and the selected candidates will get a permanent post as an Executive Officer in one of its many branches.

The final process of application is the submission of the application fee for the exam. Candidates can opt for various online methods of payment. Fee payment is only available in online mode as per the following structure:

The exam will be an Online Test and consist of Objective Type Questions only. The questions will be available in English and Hindi languages for all questions. The total duration of the exam is90 minutes and the total number of questions is 150. Total marks of the exam are also 150 and there is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer.

The applicants should prepare for the exam as per the marking scheme and the exam pattern. It is for the benefit of the candidate that the syllabus is also given for each segment of the paper. Test of Quantitative Aptitude: Number System, Decimal & Fractions, Percentages, Ratio and Proportions, Average, Problems on Ages, Time and Work, Mixtures & Allegations, Time and Distance, Profit and Loss, Simplification, Simple & Compound Interest, HCF & LCM, Data Interpretation etc.
The second stage of the exam pattern is the Personal Interview followed by the document verification and the medical test. After the online test, those candidates that qualify will be called for the next stage of document verification, followed by the ‘pre-recruitment medical test’ after which the final appointments will be made.
Once the application is submitted and accepted, IDBI Bank will release the admit cards for the online test. Candidates can download the admit cards from the official website by signing in to their accounts and taking a print out. The admit card will have the details of the exam centre. The admit card will also contain the information about the exam venue, reporting time, roll number and the instructions for the candidate for the exam day. The candidate must carry a copy of valid identity proof along with the admit card to the test centre on the day of the exam.
The admit cards will be released about two weeks before the examination.

Ans. The salary of an Executive varies according to the years of the contract. It changes as per the year as follows: Ist Year - Rs 22000/- per month. IInd Year - Rs 24000/- per month. IIIrd Year - Rs 27000/- per month. However, an Executive is not entitled to any benefits/allowances such as House Rent Allowance, PF or any gratuity.
