The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection conducts the IBPS RRB Common Written Test (CWE) every year. It was started in 2011. To complete the recruitment process to the Regional Rural Bank for the position of Group A officers (Scale I, II & III) and Group B Office Assistants (Multipurpose), the IBPS organizes the exam. It can be predicted that the online application form fill up process for 2021 will be started tentatively from the month of June 2021. The interested aspirants, who will be going to apply for the exam, will need to check the eligibility criteria. Read the following content to know more about the pay scale of the employees, once they will start their career either as an officer or as an office assistant in the Regional rural bank.

Prepp Test Series

Overview of the IBPS RRB 2021

  • To complete the recruitment process for an office assistant, the selection process will be completed based on the preliminary and main exam.
  • The aspirants, who will apply for the scale I exam, will have to appear in the interview round along with the preliminary and the main exam.
  • Provisional allotment will be restricted both for the Scale I and Office Assistant, within the RRBs of the State.
  • The aspirants, who will apply for Scale II and III, need to appear for the main exam and interview round.
  • The candidates have to separately apply for the exam and hence, need to pay the fees accordingly.

Improve your learning in Computer Awareness before the IBPS RRB 2020 Examination

Nationality:

  • Indian citizen
  • The aspirants, who are subject to Bhutan or Nepal
  • Tibetan refugee, who have come to India before January 1, 1962, and have plan to permanently settle to India
  • The Indians, who have migrated from Burma, Zaire, Malawi, Uganda, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Pakistan and have the intention to settle in India.

Education Qualification:

  • For Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager) and Office Assistant: The interested aspirants will need to complete graduation or equivalent degree in any subject.
  • Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer/ Manager): The candidate should complete graduation in any stream with minimum 50% score. In addition, it is necessary to have an experience of 2 years as an officer in any Banking or Financial Institution.
  • Officer Scale-II (Specialist Officers/ Manager):
    • Chartered Accountant: The aspirants should pass from any renowned Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
    • Treasury Manager: The candidates have to complete a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance Degree
    • Agricultural Officer: Complete graduation in Horticulture/ Dairy/ Agriculture/ Forestry/ Agricultural Engineering/ Veterinary Science/ Pisciculture/ Animal Husbandry with at least 50% score in aggregate, will be eligible to appear for the post.
    • Information Technology Officer: The aspirants will have to complete graduation in Electronics and Communication/ Information Technology/ Computer Science with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
    • Law Officer: The applicants have to complete their graduation in Law or in equivalent subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
    • Marketing Officer: The interested candidates have to complete their MBA in marketing.
  • Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): The aspirants have to complete their graduation in any subject with a minimum of 50% aggregate score and also must have at least 5 years of experience as an officer in any Banking organization or in Financial Institution.

The candidates are eligible to apply for both officer post and office assistant (multipurpose). However, they can apply for only one designation in the officer’s cadre. In addition, the aspirants have to apply for the post separately.

  • The aspirants will have to provide the basic personal and academic details of the aspirants to complete the first round of registration process.
  • On the other hand, the candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of photograph and signature along with the left thumb impression in the application form.
  • On the other hand, the candidates will have to upload a handwritten declaration in the application form.
  • The candidates will have to provide the application fees
  • At last, the aspirants can also take a print out of the application form for future reference.

IBPS RRB Admit Card 2021

IBPS RRB Admit Card 2021

IBPS will release the admit card for RRB exam before 10 days of the exam. To know more about the admit card download process, go through the following content:

  • Open the official website of IBPS RRB that is ibps.in.
  • Now, the aspirants have to click the ‘Download Online Preliminary call letter for RRB Office Assistant Posts’ from the homepage.
  • After that the aspirants have to provide the essential credentials and these are registration number and date of birth to download the admit card
  • Next, the candidates have to click the ‘submit’ option
  • Once you click the submit button, you will see the admit card on the screen of your system
  • You can now download the admit card.
  • You are advised to take a print out of the admit card for your future reference.

Kindly note it down that the IBPS authority will not send the admit card to the students to their postal address. In addition, do not forget to carry the IBPS RRB Admit card to the exam centre along with the other required documents, otherwise you will not get permission to appear for the exam.

The aspirants have to check the IBPS RRB result from the official website. It can be predicted that the result will be published after one month of the completion of the exam.

  • The qualified aspirants will get a chance to appear for the interview round (only applicable for the Officer’s scale).
  • The candidates, who will appear for the interview round, will need to download the call letter and also need to report to the exam venue within the prior mentioned schedule.
  • The aspirants also have to present with required documents at the reporting time for interview
  • Only the qualified aspirants from the interview round will be eligible for getting granted in provisional allotment
  • As per the performance of the candidate, the provisional allotment for the Officer Assistant post will be granted to the Regional Rural Banks.

To appear for the next round exam, the aspirants have to get the minimum IBPS RRB Cut Off score.

  • To qualify the interview round, the aspirants have to score at least 40% marks.
  • On the other hand, the minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates in the interview round will be 35%
