To be eligible for the Pre-exam Training organized for IBPS PO 2020, the candidate must belong to any one of the following categories:

Ans. No, hard copy through post will not be sent. You will need to download and print the call letter and carry it.
Q12) I did not apply for the pre-exam training in my form, is there any way to apply for it in the later stages?
Ans. No, to apply for pre-exam training for IBPS PO, the only way is to mention it in the application form.
Q13) Can I get the training online?
Ans. No, the training will be given in physical centers in the cities mentioned earlier. You will not get the training online.

Ans. Candidates will be taught about the important topics, techniques to handle questions and exam pattern. The benefit of it will depend upon how one utilizes the training period.

After clicking on this, you will need to enter your log in details and call letter will get downloaded.
Q16) Will I get the option to select the center for pre-exam training?
Ans. Yes, you will be given the option to select.
Q17) The center allocated to me does not match with what I filled in the form, why is it so?
Ans. IBPS tries to give candidates the center preferred by them, but there is no guarantee that the same center will be allotted.
Q18) I want to change the time and venue of my pre-exam training, can I do that?
Ans. No, there is no option of changing the time and venue for training.
Q19) I am not able to download the call letter, what should I do?
Ans. It might be due to incorrect login credentials, or you might not have been selected. You can contact IBPS for the same.
Q20) I forgot my password, how can I download the call letter?
Ans. You password is sent to your registered mobile number and email ID, you can refer to these for your password. However, there is an option for resetting as password as well.
